Finery Markets has expanded its liquidity partnership with Sage Capital Management in a three-way collaboration with Gold-i to provide institutional clients with access to deep liquidity and competitive spreads across more than 200 assets.
The multilateral partnership creates what the firms describe as an end-to-end network for institutional access to crypto liquidity and prime broker services, consolidating fragmented crypto markets to serve OTC desks, brokers, hedge funds, prop traders and other financial institutions.
The arrangement integrates three specialised technology layers into what the partners characterise as an institutional "liquidity highway". Sage Capital Management operates as the digital prime broker and liquidity provider, offering full prime brokerage services through a single API, including lending up to 10x leverage with cross-venue margining and real-time pricing.
Gold-i provides the connectivity infrastructure to integrate with the Finery Markets ECN, whilst Finery Markets hosts the non-custodial trading infrastructure, merging all elements into a unified orchestration trading layer featuring quote streams, RFQ and order book execution.
The partnership aims to eliminate the need for institutions to manage multiple vendor relationships and point-to-point integrations. Clients can access a quote-stream execution environment with 24/7 uptime, fully compliant counterparties and millisecond-level precision.
Konstantin Shulga, chief executive of Finery Markets
Konstantin Shulga, chief executive of Finery Markets, said:
Through this collaborative effort, we achieve three major goals: improving liquidity access, reducing operational complexity, and adhering to regulatory compliance. Our unified, always-on institutional infrastructure removes the engineering burden from institutions, allowing them to focus entirely on trading strategy and capital efficiency.
Nathan Sage, chief executive and founder of Sage Capital Management
Nathan Sage, chief executive and founder of Sage Capital Management, commented:
Institutions need more than access; they need depth, reliability, and safeguards. Through this partnership, we're providing Finery Markets clients deep liquidity and competitive spreads across major digital assets plus unique prime broker services, delivered through a regulated gateway with insured custody and balance sheet strength. This ensures consistent execution alongside the lending and banking services institutions expect.
