For Traders, a simulated trading, evaluation, and education firm, has expanded its product offering to include futures trading through integration with Devexperts' DXtrade platform.
The new capability complements For Traders' existing asset classes including CFDs (Contracts for Difference), spot, and swaps. This expansion aims to offer traders greater portfolio diversification options at both challenge and funded stages.
Devexperts' turnkey DXtrade platform caters specifically to futures trading needs, including simulated trading. The platform features a trading simulator that allows firms to operate challenge accounts and integrate their preferred simulated trading CRM/Portal. Additional functionality includes real-time monitoring of trader performance and rule adherence, maximum account position limits, custom trading day schedules, and automatic liquidation of open positions at session end.
Traders will access these new services through the For Traders X app, available on web and mobile. The DXtrade-powered application includes features such as a trading journal for strategy management, fractional trading for access to high-value assets, and advanced charting capabilities. The platform supports various order types including stop market, stop limit, and trailing stop.
As part of the integration, For Traders' clients will gain access to Level 1 and 2 US and EU futures data, along with subscription management support and compliance checks.
Jakub Roz, Chief Executive Officer of For Traders, said: "This is an important step for For Traders as we add futures trading capabilities to our existing offering. Simulated trading is becoming increasingly popular, and doing so at speed, and we are proud to be at the forefront of this wave, offering traders everywhere an opportunity to showcase their talent and, ultimately, trade. Futures will mean more choice for traders and we are pleased to be able to expand our product in this way."
Jon Light, Head of OTC Platform at Devexperts, commented: "We see that simulated trading firms are increasingly looking beyond CFDs, with a clear trend towards futures trading. DXtrade offers simulated trading firms both out-of-the-box futures trading functionality and data. We were happy to be able to work closely with For Traders to ensure that futures trading was enabled in line with their specific needs. Adding futures trading technology to its offering will undoubtedly serve to strengthen the For Traders brand, within what is an increasingly competitive international market. We are pleased to support For Traders' client offering further still by offering direct access to both Level 1 and Level 2 US and EU futures data feeds. We look forward to our continued work with For Traders to ensure maximum benefit from our technology."
