
Former Deutsche Bank Executive Rupsa Mukherjee Joins United Fintech To Lead M&A

United Fintech, the digital transformation platform for banks, asset managers and trading institutions, has appointed Rupsa Mukherjee as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions.
Mukherjee brings 13 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking across the UK, US and India. She has previously worked at Goldman Sachs and Caterpillar, and most recently served as Vice President in Deutsche Bank’s Investment Banking division in London and New York, advising on M&A transactions exceeding USD 20 billion. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from The Wharton School.
Mukherjee will work closely with United Fintech Founder and Chief Executive Officer Christian Frahm and the executive team to identify high-potential companies, lead acquisition strategy, and structure founder-friendly transactions aligned with United Fintech’s long-term vision.

The firm has acquired six software companies to date — Athena, CobaltFX, FairXchange, Netdania, TTMzero and CBA — and continues to seek further acquisitions to enhance the capabilities of financial institutions worldwide.

Mukherjee’s appointment follows a series of leadership hires in 2025, including the onboarding of Chief Operating Officer Deepak Nair and Chief People Officer Anders Johansen, as the company strengthens its global leadership team to support its next phase of expansion.
