In her previous position at 360T, Di Cillo served as a Sales Relationship Manager, where she gained extensive knowledge of the challenges and requirements faced by UK Corporates. Her vibrant personality and deep understanding of the market position her well to contribute meaningfully to Instimatch Global AG's strategic operations in the UK.

Prior to her tenure at 360T, Di Cillo held various roles at Merrill Lynch, including AVP- Fixed Income Prime Brokerage- Client Service, AVP - Hedge Fund and Broker Dealer Services -Global Prime Brokerage, and FX Client Services. She also served as EA to MD and Sales Director at Action Claims Ltd (now Action 365 Ltd) and was part of the Support Team to Minister and Cabinet (MiFiD and UCITS development team) at the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Di Cillo holds a first-honours degree in Politics and Economics from the University of Bari, Italy, with an Internal Specialisation in Financial and Economic Policies.
