Scope Prime, the institutional liquidity brand of Rostro Group, has appointed two new members to its institutional team. Glen Hastings has joined as Institutional Sales in London, while Freddie Price has been appointed Institutional Business Development Manager in Dubai. Both appointments took effect in July 2026, extending the firm's institutional coverage in two of its key markets.
Glen Hastings, Institutional Sales, Scope Prime, brings close to a decade of experience across the institutional FX and CFD industry. He joins from INFINOX Global, where he worked in institutional sales covering eFX and CFDs. Before that, he spent almost two and a half years in institutional sales at Praxis Digital Trading Group, following more than three and a half years at CFH Clearing Limited, where he held roles first as Institutional Sales Manager and subsequently in institutional business development.

Glen Hastings, Institutional Sales, Scope Prime said:
"Having worked across liquidity management, prime services and institutional eFX sales, I have seen this business from almost every angle, and I know what institutional clients genuinely need from a liquidity partner. Scope Prime delivers on every front and joining the firm feels like the natural culmination of everything I have worked on so far. I look forward to further developing and deepening the company's institutional relationships and contributing to its continued growth."
Freddie Price, Institutional Business Development Manager, Scope Prime, will be based in the firm's Dubai office, where he will focus on developing institutional and partner relationships across the region. He joins from Goldstone Group, where he spent sixteen months, initially as Operations Manager before being promoted to Head of Partnerships. Price took an unconventional route into financial services, spending more than five years as a golf professional, including five years at Royal Blackheath Golf Club in south-east London, one of England's oldest private clubs, followed by a posting at Al Zorah Golf Club in Ajman, before moving into financial services with Goldstone Group in 2025.
Freddie Price, Institutional Business Development Manager, Scope Prime
Freddie Price, Institutional Business Development Manager, Scope Prime commented:
"Professional golf taught me that performance comes down to preparation, consistency and trust earned over a long period of time and institutional relationships are built in exactly the same way. Moving from the fairways into financial services in Dubai proved to me how well that discipline transfers. Joining Scope Prime is the next step in that journey, and I am excited to help grow its partner network and institutional presence across the Middle East and beyond."
