TechSignals, a financial market analysis platform, has integrated with Devexa, the AI-powered virtual assistant and chatbot developed by Devexperts, a global software developer for the capital markets industry. This integration aims to enhance Devexa's trading information services with real-time technical analysis.
Devexa utilizes natural language understanding capabilities to recognize traders' terminology and provide immediate virtual assistance. The platform offers features including instant or scheduled trading from the chat, targeted communication, personalized news feeds, AI-powered support, and the ability to transition to human support when needed. With the TechSignals integration, Devexa can now provide on-demand multi-dimensional technical analysis for various time frames and indicators.
Traders can request analysis from Devexa in two ways: by sending a screenshot of a charting widget with applied technical indicators or annotations, or by sending a text message with an instrument name and selecting a time frame when prompted. Devexa will then provide technical analysis, including support and resistance levels and trends.
TechSignals aims to simplify investing concepts for new traders and save time for professionals by providing technical, multi-timeframe, and correlated asset insights. The platform may also help reduce onboarding time for new users.
The integration is expected to create a more personalized service and improve user experience through custom support and advice for Devexa-supported broker offerings.
Alessio Ricco, Co-Founder of TechSignals, commented: "The partnership between TechSignals and Devexperts marks a groundbreaking application of AI, empowering practical analysis that will educate and activate opportunities for brokers and investors. This is our first step in empowering everyone to 'Be Smart Money'."
Jon Light, Head of OTC Platform at Devexperts, commented: "The level of support we receive with the help of artificial intelligence is immense. It still seems unbelievable that now traders can read the transcription of the market situation with one click and in a second. We are fascinated by this unique automation of TechSignals and offer everyone to test this integration on our platform."
