January 02, 2024 - Webull Corporation has announced the launch of its brokerage services in Canada, to be provided through Webull Securities (Canada) Ltd. This service will allow Canadian residents the ability to trade equities listed in both Canada and the United States using the Webull app.
The company, which received its authorization in November 2023, is now offering order execution only brokerage services. The app includes a range of tools such as real-time quotes, market data, charting widgets, indicators, a paper trading function, and educational resources.
Anthony Denier, Group President of Webull, noted the company's strategic move: "Webull sees a huge opportunity to disrupt a traditionally expensive brokerage system in Canada.
