As part of International Women's Day 2025, we recently hosted a roundtable at Sucden Financial on supporting women in finance and advancing workplace inclusion. Moderated by Martina Doherty, who brings over 20 years of experience in finance and tech, the discussion explored:

- Gender Balance – Progress made and challenges that remain.
With strong female representation across our workforce, including in senior roles, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive environment that drives career growth and leadership opportunities.
A key takeaway from the conversation was also the importance of advancing workplace equity by focusing on people as a whole, moving beyond gender to ensure fairness and opportunity for all.
