ATFX attended the ACBC NSW Chinese New Year Gala 2025, an event bringing together business and government leaders to mark the economic relationship between Australia and China. The event took place on 10 February 2025 at Doltone House Jones Bay Wharf in Sydney.

Among those in attendance were Her Excellency the Honourable Sam Mostyn AC, Governor-General of Australia, and Consul General Wang Yu of the People's Republic of China, underscoring the event’s role in diplomatic and business engagement.

Representing ATFX were Simon Naish, Country Head of ATFX Australia, and Jeffrey Siu, Chief Operating Officer. In his address, Siu spoke about the importance of collaboration in an evolving global business environment. He referenced ATFX’s operations in over 23 locations and the value of cultural diversity in fostering international partnerships.

“This gala is a testament to the strong ties and friendship between Australia and China,” Jeffrey Siu, Chief Operating Officer ATFX said. “While the world has changed significantly, events like these remind us of the importance of collaboration and mutual understanding. ATFX is proud to be part of this community, promoting business ties and friendship between our nations.”

The ACBC NSW Chinese New Year Gala provides a platform for business leaders to discuss economic opportunities and strengthen networks. ATFX’s participation comes as the company marks its first full year of operation in Australia.
