Trading software developer Devexperts has expanded its AI-powered virtual assistant Devexa to include wealth management support capabilities, enabling integration with wealth managers' user interfaces and real-time visual reporting features.
The enhancement allows wealth management clients to access portfolio valuations, asset allocation breakdowns and performance summaries directly through chat interfaces. The system can be integrated into websites, apps, customer portals and messaging platforms including WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord and Facebook Messenger.
Key features include historical performance charts, asset allocation views and market value tracking with customisable time periods, available through Devexa's standard widget installation.
Jon Light, Head of OTC at Devexperts, said: "Devexa has traditionally focused on supporting brokerages, enhancing their customer support and engagement services. The addition of these wealth management-focused features is very welcome, demonstrating Devexa's flexibility and the breadth of her application potential. Devexa is easily integrated with any digital user interface so can readily complement existing system to offer customers a heightened experience, whilst also enabling them to make more informed decisions."
The move represents an expansion beyond Devexa's traditional focus on brokerage support. The system already provides knowledge base automation and natural language processing capabilities.
