Leo Furze-Waddock, Senior Full Stack Developer, Edgewater Markets
Leo Furze-Waddock joins Edgewater Markets as Senior Full Stack Developer, where he oversees the development of the client-side application suite for the region. Prior to Edgewater, Leo served as CTO for Gold Edge before consulting for several high-profile firms, helping them develop their personalised web and e-commerce solutions. He earned his B.A. at Middlesex University in Information Technology. "Edgewater is an exciting opportunity to innovate, working with some of the most challenging aspects of real-time, high velocity, UX focused, web applications," commented Furze-Waddock.

Pietro Carrieri, Senior C++ Developer, Edgewater Marlets
**Pietro Carrieri **joins the firm as Senior C++ Developer, where he will focus on Edgewater’s ultra-low latency core engine. Pietro comes to Edgewater from Analitica S.R.L., where he served as Managing Director of Software Development and Quantitative Analyst. He began his career at McGraw-Hill. Mr. Carrieri earned his Master’s in Corporate Finance Technology from L’Università di Bologna.
