Cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 AI company BingX has reported rapid growth for its AI-powered trading assistant, BingX AI, which has surpassed 2 million users and processed 20 million queries just 100 days after launch.
Introduced in May 2025, BingX AI is designed as a suite of integrated tools powered by multiple AI models and extensive datasets. It features five distinct “avatars” aimed at helping traders with market analysis, strategy, execution, risk management and monitoring.
The five avatars include:
The Analyst – interprets charts and data through candlestick, market, trading and token analysis.
The Strategist – builds tailored trading strategies and trend forecasts.
The Recommender – suggests tokens, traders and news suited to a user’s profile.
The Protector – identifies risks and simulates potential outcomes for portfolios.
The Monitor – tracks market moves and funding rates in real time.
"AI is redefining what's possible in digital asset trading, not by replacing human decision-making, but by enhancing it with real-time intelligence. With BingX AI, we're bridging the gap between AI's promise and real-world utility—offering users context, clarity, and confidence in one unified platform. Surpassing two million users is just the beginning; our goal is to make intelligent, accessible trading the standard for everyone, everywhere. Traders can expect more new AI capabilities in the coming weeks as BingX continues to expand the platform's role at the intersection of innovation and usability."
– Vivien Lin, Chief Product Officer At BingX
BingX said the AI assistant is a central element of its AI Evolution Strategy, a US$300 million initiative to embed AI across the trading platform. The strategy aims to unify previously separate trading tools into a single system offering professional-grade insights to traders of all levels.
Founded in 2018, BingX serves a reported 20 million users worldwide and offers derivatives, spot and copy trading. In 2024, the company became the official crypto exchange partner of Chelsea Football Club.
