Broker technology company Finstek Limited and fintech software company 4XPORTAL (@4XPORTAL) have announced a strategic partnership aimed at start-up and growing FX/CFD brokers, bringing the two firms' products together into a single technology offering covering client acquisition through to trade execution and risk control.
Under the partnership, brokers working with 4XPORTAL gain direct access to Finstek's technology: The Edge trading platform on web, iOS and Android, the liquidity bridge with connectivity to more than 15 liquidity providers, a full Back Office, and the Risk Manager. That is combined with ATARIA CRM's client onboarding, KYC and compliance workflows, introducing broker management, and reporting.
The arrangement addresses a familiar problem at the smaller end of the brokerage market, where a new entrant typically has to assemble a platform, a bridge or aggregator, a CRM, a back office and a risk system from separate vendors, then manage the integrations and the commercial relationships behind each one. Partnerships that bundle a CRM with trading infrastructure have become a common route for vendors serving that segment, since the CRM is usually the first system a start-up broker commits to and the point at which the rest of the stack gets chosen.
Finstek says no broker has gone down on its systems in the last four and a half years, and offers a contractual 99.9% uptime guarantee backed by a refund clause. The company says the stack has been proven at the scale of one of the world's largest brokers, and that a new broker can go live on it in three to four days.
"Small and growing brokers should not have to assemble their technology from five or six vendors and hope the pieces hold together," said Ashraf Ebid, Founder and CEO of Finstek. "4XPORTAL has built a CRM that brokers genuinely rely on, and we bring everything around it: the trading platform, the liquidity bridge, the back office, and risk management. Together we can put a complete, proven stack in a broker's hands in days, not months."
"At 4XPORTAL, we're committed to building a complete technology ecosystem that enables brokers to launch, operate, and scale with confidence," said Adnan Khan, CEO of 4XPORTAL. (@AK4xportal) "Partnering with Finstek strengthens our ecosystem by combining ATARIA CRM with institutional-grade trading infrastructure, allowing brokers to access a seamless, scalable, and future-ready technology stack from trusted providers."
The combined solution is available to both new and existing 4XPORTAL clients.
Finstek Limited licenses a complete technology stack for FX/CFD brokers of any size, comprising The Edge trading platform, the Liquidity Bridge, Back Office and CRM, and the Finstek Risk Manager. The company is a technology company rather than a broker; it is not owned by a broker, operates no liquidity desk of its own, and does not hold client funds — a distinction that carries weight for brokers wary of routing flow through infrastructure connected to a competing trading business.
4XPORTAL is a fintech software company delivering custom software, web and mobile development, and brokerage solutions. Its flagship product, ATARIA CRM, gives forex brokers and trading businesses a single system for client management, KYC and compliance, introducing broker management, payments, and reporting, with integrations across leading trading platforms.
