PLUGIT successfully hosted its workshop, Rethinking Broker Operations, bringing together brokerage professionals in Limassol for a practical session focused on the operational challenges shaping modern brokerage environments.
The workshop explored how brokers are adapting to growing operational complexity across risk management, client retention, partner ecosystems, copy trading, MAM/PAMM structures, and bonus automation workflows.
Throughout the session, the PLUGIT team demonstrated how operational gaps often emerge not because brokers lack tools, but because control and visibility across those systems remain fragmented.
The session focused on five major operational pressure points increasingly affecting brokers during 2026:
Practical examples were presented throughout the workshop, highlighting how manual workflows, disconnected systems, and delayed operational reactions can create unnecessary pressure across brokerage environments.
The workshop also included live walkthroughs of the YOONIT modules, including Dynamic Margin, IB & Partners, Copy Trading, MAM/PAMM, and Bonus Automation.
A key theme discussed throughout the session was the industry shift from reactive operational management toward structured, rule based operational infrastructure. Brokers attending the workshop explored how automation, centralized visibility, and scalable operational control are becoming increasingly important as trading environments continue evolving.
The workshop concluded with discussions around how modern brokerages are increasingly moving toward connected operational ecosystems that improve visibility, scalability, and operational efficiency across MT4 and MT5 environments.
PLUGIT would like to thank everyone who attended the workshop and contributed to the discussions throughout the day.
