@XSecurities, an institutional liquidity provider and outsourced dealing desk, has entered into a strategic partnership with Komodromos Legal to introduce a new Financial Business Setup & Operational Infrastructure service.
The service is aimed at brokers, proprietary trading firms, crypto businesses and other financial companies that require support both with establishing the appropriate legal and regulatory structure and with building the operational infrastructure required to launch and manage the business.
By combining the legal and regulatory expertise of Komodromos Legal with the liquidity, dealing desk, risk management and operational capabilities of X Securities, the partnership creates a coordinated route from company formation through to launch and ongoing operations.
Legal and Regulatory Framework
Komodromos Legal will support clients with key legal and regulatory requirements, including company incorporation, corporate structuring and re-domiciliation, brokerage, investment firm and crypto-related licensing and regulatory applications, regulatory, AML and compliance advisory, and corporate governance, agreements and ongoing legal support.
Komodromos Legal provides financial services and corporate advisory across multiple international jurisdictions, supporting businesses with both initial establishment and cross-border expansion.
Operational Infrastructure
Once the appropriate legal and regulatory structure is in place, X Securities can support the implementation and ongoing management of the trading business through institutional multi-asset liquidity and execution infrastructure, an outsourced dealing desk and active risk management, trading platform, bridge and liquidity infrastructure setup, and operational consultancy and ongoing trading-business support.
The objective is to reduce the number of separate providers a financial business needs to coordinate during launch or expansion.
Supporting Setup, Launch and Expansion
For new businesses, the partnership can support the process from establishing the company and regulatory framework through to implementing liquidity, trading systems, risk controls and operational procedures.
For established firms, the service can also support restructuring, entry into new jurisdictions, additional regulatory authorisations and improvements to trading and risk infrastructure.
This creates a broader service model where legal structure, regulation and operational infrastructure can be developed in parallel rather than managed as completely separate projects.

Farzin Vajihi, Chief Executive Officer, X Securities said:
"Launching or expanding a financial business involves much more than selecting a liquidity provider or trading platform. The company structure, regulatory framework, liquidity, risk management and operational processes all need to work together. Through our partnership with Komodromos Legal, we can now support clients across a much wider part of this process. Their team provides the legal and regulatory expertise, while X Securities provides the liquidity, dealing desk, risk management and operational infrastructure. Our objective is to create a more coordinated path for businesses looking to establish, launch and scale a brokerage, prop firm or crypto operation."
