Jimmy Ye, CEO and Co-Founder of ACYLogix Group, said:

In financial services, strong legal, compliance and governance frameworks should not simply manage risk. They should enable sustainable commercial growth, innovation and confident decision-making.
I look forward to working closely with Jimmy, the Executive Leadership Team and ACYLogix’s global businesses to strengthen the Group’s regulatory and governance capability, support new licensing and market opportunities, and ensure that legal and compliance remain closely aligned with the Group’s broader strategic objectives.”
